Can I get help if I’m a slow learner of the art and creative process and how to keep the focus on a daily project? I live in New York, and I am trying to do a master’s course on the current state of my mental and creative capabilities. For me, it takes something like 10-(15 1/2) years, just to figure out how to stay in shape and on track. I love reading how my body and mind are developed and how various processes have a continuous impact on my creativity which can be difficult to understand, but I am working to get it into the shape I am designed. If I can just get it to develop, I am surely doing something that has already been done. I’m currently finishing a training course and I want to begin looking into learning how to interact with my body and mind more effectively (e.g. taking some vitamins, meditation, etc), as I am also working on (hopefully) designing exercises for my self-confidence, joy, and recovery (I am learning that maybe I will get better at doing that). I am about to finish the book and as I posted to the blog I decided to dig a little deeper in the core of my “how-to”! As you can see, it seems like a long shot. This is because it does not involve a yoga studio – I am not going to actually work in the studio, but if I stick around for a few months or weeks afterward and you read this, you’ll know that I always have someone there or there for me to do it or give me a little bit of a hand. The real work is in the yoga studio so I have no idea what to do with myself, how to write a meditative exercise for my body or mind and maybe even what exercises that I would use.
