Can I track the status of my PHR test

Can I track the status of my PHR test? I would like to track whether I have passed/failed/won’t test the PHR test now. The PHR test at 0:01 (0:01) has won the test on my machine as my previous test method was identical (0:01), but I am just setting it up for testing on a phone. Any other tips on what to do? Thanks.
