Now, Zucherberg is applying HRci PPhosphor to the field of company training. He believes that it is important to first understand exactly what human resource management is before you attempt to train employees. By answering the questions everyone has about what HR does, we can learn not only how to best manage our human resources department but also know what it is we are trying to accomplish. The goal of PPhosphor is to make sure that HR knows what it is they are doing.
For one thing, PPhosphor helps HR managers develop a framework for how they should go about interviewing employees. For another, it provides a training guide on how HR should go about managing disciplinary actions. It also helps HR cut through the paperwork involved with employment screening and offers resources for conducting a thorough employment screening.
It has three sections: Benefits, Liability, and Rights. Each has a chapter devoted to its topic and includes case studies, illustrations, and other related details. It also has a glossary, a technical dictionary, and a complete worksheet on its policies and procedures. In short, it covers everything you need to know. What’s more, it comes free with your HR consultant training package. Simply download and install HRci PHR Prep.
When I worked at a hospital, I was introduced to HRci PHR prep during a lecture. An associate professor of medicine, he started the class by explaining that there are two kinds of people in health care: the workers and the patients. Workers are people who make the health care happen, while patients are the people who pay for health care and are the insurance and Medicare recipients.
In order for HR to be effective, it should be able to communicate well with both groups. I found this interesting, so I asked my doctor about it. After all, it makes sense from an understanding perspective. If two people can’t communicate well, then neither can the whole health care team, right? My doctor confirmed my guess.
When I got home, I searched for reviews. I found dozens of them, and almost all spoke highly of HRci PHR Prep. One hospital even said that it “changed the way they interviewed and hired employees.” That certainly is a high compliment, as it shows just how far HRci has come.
My daughter and her boyfriend now work for the same company, and I’m thrilled. They’re friendly, helpful, and very understanding. This is what I’d call a win-win situation.
Of course, the entire process took about a month, tops. But my husband, my daughter, and my friend were able to get through the interview process comfortably, in good time, and showed off all of their best qualities. No negative or grammatical errors. It was just like having another employee at your finger tips.
So what does it cost? The annual price is low, especially considering what you get with annual authorization. You don’t have to renew your authorization every year. You don’t have to prove your knowledge anymore. And it only costs about $40 per month for the convenience of HRci PHR prep.
The greatest thing is, there’s no obligation. I didn’t have to waste time or money going through the recruiting process again. I didn’t have to worry about paying for a new CDL training class or dealing with my previous employers. I didn’t have to waste time finding a HRci PHR Prep teacher, or having to drive an extra hour to and from work. I also didn’t have to waste money on any potential employers who would view me negatively after finding out that I hadn’t been taking my CPR and First Aid classes.
I’m very proud of HRci PHR Prep. And not only am I very satisfied with how well it has worked for me and my family, but I’m also very happy that I don’t have to spend any more time or money on these classes. I feel confident that I’ve made the right decision, and I know that I can make the right one, too. With my new knowledge, I will be much better prepared for any situation. Plus, I will be more valuable on the job!
