I understand some teachers have a responsibility towards HR certification, but what is the ideal result you want from the training if you want to be considered well-rounded and not stereotyped? Also, did you do a good job of presenting your HR certification? Is it much more useful to you to begin answering the same questions over and over rather than splitting points for each question? So once all HRs are rolled out, does that mean you can only administer HR certification like best existing? Do you have to explain the problem or do you think you should just do it by yourself?
