For example, if a student is applying for entry level clerk positions within the Department of Defense, they may want to know the policies concerning whistle blowing and promotion opportunities. Other examples could include those covering medical benefits for family members, worker’s compensation and other employment benefits available to employees. However, the student may not know which employment benefits are available in their line of work; so the phrasing they choose to answer this type of test may vary accordingly.
Sample Questionnaires can be used for many different types of arc tests. For example, they are often used by human resources professionals to test job candidates on their knowledge of employment practices within an organization. They also can be used to screen applicants to the top level of management. Many popular sample questionnaires can be found online at no cost to the consumer. Others may require a small fee.
Another way to find samples for any type of HRci questionnaire is by contacting a private or public educational institution that offers courses on this topic. Often they will have older versions of these questions and you can get them free of charge. You will have to do some searching, but it is well worth the effort. If your organization is large or has many employees, you will probably be able to find a place that offers a wide variety of questionnaires in one area.
In order to make sure you have the correct answer for each sample quiz, you need to pay close attention to the wording. Most people think that just because it is easy to say something that it actually is the right answer. A phrasing sample for HRci, however, should be taken in context. It should be read along with the rest of the questions in the same manner in which you would normally give answers to a regular type of test. You should make sure that you know exactly what the questions are asking and how they should be answered in order to make sure you are giving accurate, clear and detailed responses.
